Ribs (cook 12 full sized racks of spare ribs) for judging and tasting, ribs provided by 3BC

Teams are limited to 3 members (chief cook and two assistants)

Registration ends July 31, 2021
Entry Fee: $125
Space is limited. Get your registration completed early to ensure your spot!

1st prize $500
2nd prize $350
3rd prize $250
4th prize $125
(**prizes based on a minimum of 10 entries, and will adjust accordingly)
