Med City BBQ Featured Some Good Eats for a Good Cause

If you visited the Olmsted County Fairgrounds on Friday and Saturday, you probably had some good eats.
The Med City BBQ wrapped Saturday with competitors getting their meats ready for judging bright and early.
This year's competition included Best BBQ Chicken, Ribs, Pork Shoulder and Beef Brisket.
Though it was a competition, not all teams keep that secret ingredient -- secret, "We're pretty open. We just like to teach the art and sport of BBQ. Being a BBQ supply store we don't like to keep things too secret. We like our customers to do well when they compete and create some good BBQ." ... View full article
